Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately we do not offer product returns or refunds of any kind.
If breakage is a worry on your part; don’t fret! I personally pack each order with care and plenty of cushioning to prevent any unwanted damage.
Of course there is never any guarentee with parcels being posted as they are handed by multiple people before they reach your door. However, every precaution possible is taken before sending your packages off. In the form of extra cushioning, multiple layered wrappings and breakable signage visable.
If however there does happen to be damage to your parcel, contact the courier immediately to report and discuss further necessary actions.

Do you offer custom orders or requested items?
Yes! If you are on the hunt for that next special piece to fill a space in your collection, don’t be afraid to reach out and enquire. We should have no problem sourcing the pieces you desire. Some may take more time to source than others, so please do take that into consideration.
Are you consciously and/or sustainably sourcing your crystals?
The short answer is yes, as much as possible! As you may or may not be aware of, nowadays it is incredibly difficult to be 100% ethical when it comes to sourcing crystals. There’s becoming more and more factors that remain out of our control.
Many suppliers out there will not always remain truthful about certain mining locations, safety practices, fair labour, the quality and integrity of the crystal (some wholesalers do indeed sell fakes and modified pieces), just to name a few.
Which is why I have strived to cultivate a trustworthy selection of wholesalers who are extremely upfront and willing to work together to provide you with beautiful products, discovered and created in the most ethical and sustainable way they can.
Do you have an open box option?
We do! If you are purchasing from multiple restocks or are simply trying to save on shipping… we can keep an open box with all of your goodies safe until you are ready to close and ship it off. We unfortunately don’t do personal payment plans however we do have multiple platforms such as Paypal and Afterpay which offer the ‘Pay in 4’ option.

Shipping & Handling
Here at CCU, the utmost care is taken to package each item to prepare them for their journey to their new home. any packaging that is purchased is recyclable and all other items used are being used and again reused from supplier orders, to not put further amounts of plastic into landfill.
